When standing, the keyboard is suitably angled. The arms are lowered, the neck and shoulders naturally relaxed. Keep your writing table as it is. No need to raise or lower it.
The Adeva flat screen riser is a synergonomic success. The low monitor position reduces eye strain as the eyes converge to a focal point more easily when looking down. Another benefit is that eyes aimed downwards are kept moist more easily.
When sitting, the keyboard may be flat or raised to the first position i.e. a slight negative angle.
When sitting the screen holder is folded down.
